Kathy is a native of Swain County where she has spent her life serving this area. Kathy recently retired from the North Carolina Co-operative Extension Agency where she served as the director for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. Before that she taught in Swain County Schools for 14 years. Kathy has been with our office for a couple years and has proven to be a major asset to our team.
